Working in security is about more than just a job. That’s why we encourage our people to gain new skills and develop their career when working at Armourguard.

Gain a qualification, advance your career in security.

All of our people get the training they need to do the best job they can when working at Armourguard. For our frontline team, this means having a COA (Certificate of Approval) and being encouraged and supported to gain a NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Security as a minimum. Specialist training is also given in many cases, depending upon the site and the client’s needs.

We are a nationwide business with a wide range of services, so there are plenty of job choices and career opportunities for our people who want to advance their career in security.
